Scheduled vs GPS Attendance
Compare scheduled shifts with actual GPS records. Matching uses the same officer and site with a GPS sign-in within 12 hours of the scheduled start. Ambiguous matches are flagged for manual review. Hours shown are elapsed, not approved payroll hours.

Management payroll approval
Review each officer before approving payable hours. Enter a reason for any adjustment. Approvals are saved separately from GPS evidence and do not change the automatic email Worker.
